Frequently asked
The planets don't appear in AR
Point the camera at a table or the floor with good light and move the device slowly until iOS finds the surface, then tap it. Textured surfaces work better than glossy ones.
My device doesn't support AR
Use the 3D space mode: it starts automatically on devices without AR. Drag to turn around the Sun and pinch to zoom.
Where is Pluto in real scale?
More than 4 km from the Sun, as in reality. Follow the labels: they show the distance to each planet.
Why do the planets spin so slowly?
Spin is shown slowed down so you can follow it: one Earth day lasts 8 seconds. Orbits run at the speed you choose.
